Trevor’s journey didn’t begin with a single “aha” moment. There was no mountaintop epiphany or life-changing accident. Instead, it was years of observing, questioning, and rejecting the ordinary that led him here.

Growing up, he noticed how people lived by invisible rules—rules that dictated how they should think, behave, and succeed. Most followed these scripts without questioning them. But Trevor couldn’t. His mind flipped perspectives to revisit cliche, constantly challenging assumptions and searching for a deeper truth.

Through speaking, writing, and leading, Trevor has built the School of Dangerous Ideas—a movement that challenges individuals and organizations to awaken their own extraordinariness. Whether in a high-stakes boardroom, a packed auditorium, or an intimate workshop, his goal remains the same: to help people see beyond their limitations and step fully into who they are meant to be.
